The principle role of the Group will be to provide a forum where planning and transportation matters of sub-regional and pan-regional importance can be discussed and appropriate responses/actions agreed.

Strategic Planning

The Group will be the main point of liaison between the GLA and TfL and the South London Partnership and the wider south London partnership network for matters related to sub-regional and London plans. From time to time, as appropriate, meetings of the wider partnership network will be held to consider and discuss strategic planning matters of wider concern such as London Plan and sub-regional plans.

Task group membership

Meetings: The Group will normally meet four times a year (with additional extra-ordinary meetings as necessary)
