The Go South Go is progressing south London’s offer to Pre Games Training.

LOCOG have signed principles of cooperation with TUC.

Personal Best programme being rolled out in Lambeth.

Pro-Active South London is working with the Mayor and Kate Hoey on the London Legacy Plans for both Sport and Physical Activity

Croydon hosted the Mayor of Croydon reception for Olympic athletes on 24th November 2008.

South London’s Cultural Festival - See Something, Hear Something, Taste Something – was a huge success over summer 2008 when Beijing handed over the Olympic and Paralympic torch to London.
