By Rail

• Sanderstead, South Croydon and Purley Oaks mainline stations
• East Croydon mainline station - take a local train to Sanderstead
• West Croydon bus station - take bus 403 travelling towards Warlingham and alight at Carlton Road for Capital Business Centre

From Sanderstead station:

• If traveling from London exit station and turn left into Mayfield Road
• If traveling from East Grinstead, cross over foot-bridge and exit station from platform one. Turn left into Mayfield Road
• Walk for 5 minutes along Mayfield Road. Mayfield Road becomes Carlton Road on approach to Capital Business Centre
• Turn left into Capital Business Centre and go to the reception office
• The receptionist will inform us of your arrival

Train times (off peak)

• Sanderstead to East Croydon - trains leave Sanderstead at 9 minutes and 39 minutes  past the hour and arrive East Croydon 5 minutes later
• East Croydon to Sanderstead - trains leave East Croydon at 10 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour and arrive Sanderstead  4 minutes later
• Sanderstead to London Victoria - trains leave Sanderstead at 9 minutes and 39 minutes past the hour and arrive London Victoria 26 minutes later
• London Victoria to Sanderstead - trains leave London Victoria at 23 minutes and 53 minutes past the hour and arrive Sanderstead 21 minutes later
