South London Route Utilisation Strategy - Consultation Response
In 2007, Network Rail published the South London Route Utilisation Strategy draft for consultation by the end of October. This document covered the complex suburban rail networks of south and southeast London, reaching out to parts of Kent, Sussex and Surrey and considered the ways that the capacity of that railway network could be expanded to accommodate future growth.
